Disruptive Behavior: All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate of others. Disruptive behavior, including but not limited to loud or offensive language, harassment, or any actions that may disturb other visitors, is strictly prohibited.
Weapons: For the safety of all, no weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.
Appropriate Clothing: Guests are required to wear appropriate clothing at all times. Attire that is offensive, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate is not permitted.
No Solicitation: To maintain a pleasant environment for all, solicitation of any kind, including but not limited to selling goods or services, is not allowed without prior approval.
No Loitering: Please refrain from loitering in common areas. We encourage all guests to enjoy the facilities and move along in a timely manner.
Pets: Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and cleaned up after.
Expressive Activity: Engaging in non-commercial expressive activities not sponsored by The District at Eastover is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, demonstrations, performances, and unauthorized advertising.
No Smoking: To promote a healthy and enjoyable environment, smoking is not permitted anywhere within The District at Eastover.
